There are four ways you can obtain an insurance quote through Equinox:
1. Complete the quick & easy contact request.
2. Call Equinox directly at 1-800-611-0345
- When you call, please have your current insurance policies handy for reference.
3. Bring your current insurance policy declaration sheets into your credit union.
- A representative will make a copy of the pages and fax them to Equinox. We will call you with our best "apples to apples" quote.
4. Complete a request form at your Credit Union and ask your member-service rep to fax it to our office
